red colour and beautiful notes of mature
red fruits. The palate notes an elegant
||60% Nero d’Avola, 40% Syrah
||M anual in boxes. The syrah in the last week
of August and the nero D'avola is picked in
the second decade of September.
||Vinification in red fermenters followed by 6
months maturation in French Barriques
||Excellent with red meat or hard cheese.
