Serving suggestions An excellent choice with spicy grilled meats, rich flavored meals. Spicy fish and creamy pasta would be a good partner, but aged or hard cheeses also matching well with these wine.
Pale yellow colored wine with fruity aromas of peach, summer apple, citrus, melon and pineapple in addition of minerality and a little vanilla. On the palate we can feel the fruity fragrances, which is reflected in: citrus, ripe grapefruit, lime, green apple and minerality as well as oil seeds as walnuts, almonds. Behind the fruity buttery creaminess makes the wine full and rounded. Medium body, strong character and nice structure of acidity gives long life and personal character for this Chardonnay
